The weather is getting nicer, and more of us are headed outside and doing some of our favorite activities: bike riding, hiking, gardening, climbing, running, tennis—you get the idea. It’s great that we are enjoying the outdoors and exercising, but if in the unfortunate event an exercise-related injury happens, please remember we are here for you, and that the sooner you get acupuncture after an injury, the quicker you’re likely to recover.
Acupuncture is great for all types of repetitive-use ailments, such as tennis elbow or pains experienced by runners. It can also help if you pull a muscle in yoga or gardening, or overdo it with any other activity. We will help you get up and running (or playing frisbee or golfing or whatever) and back outside!
